1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Chhapakhana and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or place an order.

2. Custom Orders & Design Proofs

Custom-printed items are produced from the photo, text or design you provide. For most orders Chhapakhana shares a digital proof before printing; production starts only after you approve the proof. Please review names, dates and spellings carefully — items printed exactly as per an approved proof cannot be claimed as errors.

3. Customer Content

You confirm that any image, logo or text you submit for printing is yours to use and does not infringe anyone else's rights. Chhapakhana may decline to print content that is unlawful, offensive or infringing. Your submitted files are used only to produce your order.

4. Products, Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and material availability. Descriptions, sample images and prices (in Bangladeshi Taka, BDT) are shown as accurately as possible but may change without notice. Printed colours may vary slightly from screen colours due to display and material differences — minor variation is not a defect.

5. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via the methods shown at checkout (such as bKash, Nagad or card through our payment partner). For bulk or fully customized orders, a partial advance may be requested before production begins.

6. Delivery

Production typically takes 24–48 hours after proof approval; delivery times and charges are estimates shown at checkout and may vary with location, order size and courier conditions. Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct, as we may call to confirm before dispatch.

7. Returns, Reprints & Refunds

Because custom items are made for you, they cannot be returned for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or different from the approved proof, contact us within seven days of delivery with photos — we will reprint it free of charge or refund as agreed. Non-customized stock items may be returned unused in original packaging within seven days.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel a custom order free of charge any time before proof approval. After production has started, cancellation may not be possible or may carry a charge for materials already used.

9. Privacy & Your Data

We collect only the information needed to process and deliver your orders and to contact you about them, including the files you submit for printing. We do not sell your personal data. See our Cookie Policy for how cookies are used on this website.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, sample images, logos and graphics, belongs to Chhapakhana or its suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws. Rights in customer-submitted designs remain with the customer.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chhapakhana shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or services. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the value of that order.

12. Governing Law & Contact

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh. For any questions, contact Chhapakhana using the details on our Contact section.
